What is the estimated shipping time for orders?
We know once you've placed your order, you are anxious to receive your items. We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as given below.
- In stock items - Within 7-12 business days of receiving order.
- Custom Items with your name and logo takes 12 - 20 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping across the United States using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. If you have any special requests such as signature confirmation or insurance, please contact us with your order number.
Making Changes to Your Order
Once your order is placed, we take 1-2 days for processing the order during that if you want to change something you can request via email after that we’re unable to make changes to it. Orders are swiftly processed at our headquarters in the United Arab Emirates then forwarded to our warehouse for packing and shipping. If you need to make changes and there’s time before shipping, we may attempt to cancel your order and issue a refund. Please follow the cancellation steps outlined below. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it according to our return policy.
Canceling Your Order
To cancel your order, please reply to your order confirmation email with “Immediate Attention” in the subject line. In the email, clearly state your request to cancel the order. Note that orders containing discontinued sale items cannot be canceled, and sale items are non-refundable. While we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, please understand that due to the nature of online orders, we may not always be able to stop an order once it’s in the packing or shipping process.
