At Suede Fringe Jackets we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following terms.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including tags and protective covers.
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized leather items (custom size, monogram)
Items damaged through wear and tear or improper care
How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 1-3 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace leather goods if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, contact us via email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
Care Note
Leather is a natural material that can vary in color and texture. Minor imperfections and variations are not considered defects.
