Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you can return it under the following conditions:

30 Days Return Window:

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility Conditions: 

• The item must be unworn.
• You can only exchange it for its size or color if you find a different one. 
• We offer free returns to the US for undamaged leather items. If its condition is worse, then it will not be accepted. 
• Only the untouched items will be accepted.
• You can return unworn items within 30 days from the shipped date.
• Full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
• If anything is missing or you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us before wearing or using the item.
• We do not offer in-person exchanges. We offer exchanges only in the above manner.

Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Same applies for the customized items.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

How to Return:

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Return Shipping: 

If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
